This position requires travel and coverage across the territories of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration and customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Represent Polaris Pharmacy Services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably LTC.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
