Job Description
5 years of experience with end user device support
Has a strong background working and understanding Thermal, Zebra, Label, and SAP printers
Must have experience working in a production/ plant environment
Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS
ServiceNow ticketing system experience
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support
