- Provide support for Mac and Windows systems
- Respond to requests via onsite, email, and chat channels
- Manage hardware/software inventory and provisioning
- Handle new hire onboarding.
- Keep operating systems and applications updated
- Document processes and solutions in tools like Zendesk or Confluence
- Support AV needs for meetings and events
- 5 years of desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and applications
- MacOS expertise and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and video conferencing platforms
