Data Entry Clerk
(CONTRACT) - MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Pay: $17.50/hr.
- Type: 6-month contract
- Schedule: Full-time
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Enter and update information accurately in multiple systems (heavy data entry)
- Support application intake/interviews (script provided)
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone/in person
- Document notes and maintain organized records
- Handle sensitive personal/health/financial information with discretion
- Strong communication ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with solid typing/data entry skills
- Comfortable speaking with families in challenging situations
- Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook/Office 365, Teams (plus internal tools)
