- Performing administrative tasks such as processing applications and managing files.
- Coordinating with other departments (e.g., HR, Security) and external vendors as needed.
- Adhering to security policies and regulations, such as those from TSA at airports.
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping.
- Providing support for special events or security needs as required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with databases and access management systems.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in verification and record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt to changing work habits and procedures.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements.
