Adecco is assisting a client in Woodbridge, NJ in their search for a Data Entry Associate. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with numbers while following structured processes. This is a 3 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

- Accurately enter medical billing data and basic coding information into internal systems
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry
- Maintain daily productivity targets while ensuring quality and precision
- Organize and manage electronic files and records in accordance with company procedures
- Follow detailed instructions and workflows for consistent data processing
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or clarify information
- Meet established performance metrics
- Ensure confidentiality and data security protocols are upheld at all times
