Job Overview:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our Trucking Automation Company, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for accurately entering orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
- Verify order details (quantities, pricing, delivery schedules) for completeness and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, and billing questions.
- Provide product/service information and assist customers with order modifications.
- Work closely with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $21.82 - $25.85 per hour
