Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for inputting advanced advertising campaigns into internal systems, ensuring order accuracy, creative implementation, and billing precision. This role focuses on helping clients and the internal team make sure advertising campaigns are set up for success before they're sold. It includes entering campaign details and ad tags into systems, fixing any issues with campaign delivery, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll also keep track of campaign progress, share updates with the sales team, send reports to clients when needed, and support the Political Sales Team with presentations and special projects. This is a 12 month contract and pays 20-22hr.

Skills And Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands on experience with data entry/order entry
- Proficient with Excel (pivot tables)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload surrounding strict deadlines
- Experience understanding RFP or revenue driven initiatives
- Must have excellent communication, email etiquette, and be detail oriented
