Compensation & Perks:

Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and validate large quantities of data across multiple platforms
- Maintain organized digital and physical records, including updates, audits, and archival tasks
- Review data reports and resolve inconsistencies with HR/Finance
- Manage spreadsheets, databases, and internal data tools
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare and update internal reports and data summaries
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding paperwork
- Provide general administrative support: shared inboxes, phones, calendars, file management
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21
- 2 years administrative experience with strong data entry background
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with database or CRM systems preferred
- Able to work calmly, efficiently, and discreetly
