The pay range for this role is $22 - $26 per hour . What You'll Do At Pega
- Collaborate with the global Technical Documentation team to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to documentation and enablement initiatives.
- Spearhead the creation of dashboards and visualizations that track key performance indicators and usage metrics for technical content.
- Work with team members to define, establish, and refine metrics that measure the success and effectiveness of our documentation assets.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes, reporting tools, and analytics workflows for the team.
An analytical, motivated, and collaborative individual with strong communication skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You are comfortable working with data sets, visualizing information, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a related field (such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data-whether through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or internships.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data-driven insights and technical information.
- Proven collaborator who can provide and receive constructive feedback to achieve shared goals.
