Roles & Responsibilities
- Complete a summer program in corporate finance in one of the following areas: FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Tax, or CAO Office
- Support the Treasury Leadership team in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives
- Assist with treasury projects by capturing meeting minutes, preparing project plans, creating diagrams, flowcharts, and PowerPoint presentations, and performing analysis as needed
- Respond promptly to notices and other documentation related to bank groups, credit reviews, treasury agreements, letters of credit, and wire transfers
- Prepare documentation and follow procedures in compliance with internal controls
- Participate in and provide support for reports and analysis as requested
- Deliver exceptional customer service in support of Operations, Finance & Accounting functions, banking partners, and financial providers/vendors
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Previous KBR internship experience
- Familiarity with financial systems or ERP platforms
- Internship or work experience in a professional environment
- Experience with data analysis or modeling tools such as Power BI
- Demonstrated leadership or involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or peer mentorship
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High adaptability and learning agility across varied business functions
