Roles & Responsibilities Complete a summer program in corporate finance in one of the following areas: FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Tax, or CAO Office Support the Treasury Leadership team in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives Assist with treasury projects by capturing meeting minutes, preparing project plans, creating diagrams, flowcharts, and PowerPoint presentations, and performing analysis as needed Respond promptly to notices and other documentation related to bank groups, credit reviews, treasury agreements, letters of credit, and wire transfers Prepare documentation and follow procedures in compliance with internal controls Participate in and provide support for reports and analysis as requested Deliver exceptional customer service in support of Operations, Finance & Accounting functions, banking partners, and financial providers/vendors Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum GPA of 3.5 Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Ability and willingness to travel as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage tight deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications: Previous KBR internship experience Familiarity with financial systems or ERP platforms Internship or work experience in a professional environment Experience with data analysis or modeling tools such as Power BI Demonstrated leadership or involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or peer mentorship Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills High adaptability and learning agility across varied business functions KBR Benefits KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
