- This full time position will be responsible for aiding the 19A & Safety Director with all administrative needs.
- Customer Service
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and photocopying
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Full-Time 8-hour shift
- Day shift: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: In person
- Must have an eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Ability to pass background check & drug screen required
- Work well with others
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good at following directions and expresses willingness to learn
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
