You will also?analyze learning behaviors and trends among university students to understand what would make Copilot compelling and drive stronger adoption among next generation learners.?
As a Business Program Management Intern , you will identify, define, and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners, and customers. You will monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensure program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts.
This role?is 100% remote and may be performed?from any?US based?location?during the?8-week program which starts June 15,?2026,?through August?7, 2026.??

Responsibilities
- Support research on emerging learning-technology trends and startups to identify opportunities that could strengthen Microsoft's skilling programs.
- Help analyze user, market, and competitive data-including learning behaviors-to uncover insights that inform program improvements and drive adoption of tools like Copilot.
- Contribute to evaluating program performance by reviewing success metrics and surfacing recommendations to enhance effectiveness and user experience.
- Synthesize research and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for program owners and partner teams.
- Collaborate with partners to build program collateral, share learnings, and support stakeholder alignment.
- Participate in a cross-intern project performing structured teardowns to identify issues, opportunities and provide improvement recommendations across an end-to-end experience.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation to Global Skilling stakeholders, summarizing insights, recommendations, and potential next steps.
Required?Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field during the academic term?immediately?before the internship.??
- Must have completed at least 1 year of undergraduate studies.?
- Experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives and recommendations.?
- Curiosity about emerging learning technologies, digital education, AI tools, and student trends.?
- Experience with competitive, market, or startup ecosystem research, including analyzing user behaviors or other market data.
