Amazon Ads Partners help brands achieve and exceed their desired outcomes through tech innovation and expert managed services. In order to accelerate the next phase of Amazon Ads development, we are committed to transforming the depth, scale and ambition of our partnerships with a diverse landscape of partners across a full range of independent agencies, as well as tech partners. The Customer Success team dives deep to identify what levers, initiatives, and sales strategies can best support our partnerships through their partner lifecycle - from acquisition to full funnel adoption.

As a Partner Amazon Business GTM Specialist, you will lead a partner enablement initiatives to drive technology partner and agency adoption and revenue of Amazon Business premium ads products globally across NA, EU, and CN. You'll work cross-functionally with Finance, AdTech, Product, Marketing, Account Executives, and Partner Development Managers to solve complex problems, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies that drive partner growth and impact. Your responsibilities will include defining the partner journey, identifying inputs to drive high-value actions, and accelerating our partners across our full-funnel solutions. You'll be accountable for GTM strategy and execution across the Amazon Business product experiences for partners.

We're seeking a seasoned leader and expert in business strategy and GTM who is both analytical and strategic, as well as pragmatic and results-oriented. You'll contribute to Global Partner Development org's Amazon Business product adoption goals, align team GTM and initiatives to Amazon Ads priorities, and monitor key metrics to drive accountability. This highly visible role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility, and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for setting the vision for your team to define and drive bar-raising marketing strategies across partner segments, while working closely with internal management teams to achieve growth goals.

Key job responsibilities

  • Use expertise and judgment to select appropriate stakeholders to determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions. Able to deliver independently and take the lead on local initiatives.
  • Translate partner and internal stakeholder feedback into business use cases and requirements, and collect marketplace intelligence required to help guide prioritization of global advertiser and agency initiatives.
  • Think big and understand full spectrum of customer data and also zoom in, as needed, to troubleshoot, pivot and/or identify high value actions.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising industry including established formats (Streaming TV, Online & Mobile Video/Display) and emerging formats (Audio & Outdoor)
  • Design, execute and track GTM motions working across multiple stakeholders including: product, marketing, technical support, front line BD teams

A day in the life

  • Determine what GTM playbooks, training, delivering pitches, and enablement initiatives to prioritize to accelerate partner growth and adoption of Amazon Business solutions.
  • Liaise across Amazon Ads Sales and GTM teams to track and report success metrics, ensure consistent messaging, and collecting voice of the partner feedback on Amazon Business solutions.
  • Define key mechanisms and SOPs aligned to the org's top strategic priorities, defining levers and sequencing, and input metrics/ high value actions.
  • Support partner teams to upskill, scale best practices, and share learnings.
  • Solve high-impact problems and develop actionable solutions using complex data sets.
  • Act as thought partners to the organization in order to translate strategic recommendations into execution, with a particular focus on where and how recommendations drive value.
  • Partner with Amazon Ad's centralized Product, Marketing, and GTM teams on workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities for future innovation and programs based on global customer VOC

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years of professional or military experience
  • 6 years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
