What's the Job?
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries, resolving issues and directing callers appropriately.
- Schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare memos, invoices, reports, letters, and other correspondence while editing documents as needed.
- Maintain databases, filing systems, and office policies and procedures.
- Provide support to clients, employees, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice/Criminology, Social Work, Human Services or similar.
- 1-2 years or more of Administrative Assistant experience or equivalent combination of education and on-the-job experience.
- Ability and interest in transitioning into a QMHP role (Qualified Mental Health Professional).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to professional development and learning new skills.
