Day To Day Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments
- Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in preparing regular reports and reviewing invoices
- Help employees with business travel and expenses
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and coordinate restaurant reservations for meetings
- Maintain contact lists and contribute to team efforts
Skills And Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in a professional office
