General Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive and distribute invoices and vouchers for approval
- Electronically file checks
- Electronically file payables reports
- Make payments to vendors
- Prepare checks for mailing
- Enter invoices into the accounting system for payment
- Assist in payment reconciliations
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financials
- 1 year of basic knowledge of computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
Required
- High School Diploma
