Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Washington, DC. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, coordinating recruitment efforts with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Day-to-day activities also include writing job descriptions, managing job postings, and providing an excellent candidate experience during the hiring process. The Recruiter will also participate in workforce planning and assist in building strong employer branding strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Strategies, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Candidate Screening, Interviewing Techniques, and Offer Negotiation
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Ability to create effective Job Descriptions and manage Job Postings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance standards
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
