Guest Service Agent (Full‑Time)

From arrival to departure, Guest Service Agents play a vital role in shaping our guests’ experience. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone with a warm welcome and ensuring each stay feels effortless and elevated.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression
- Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and the local area
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
- Maintain an energetic, organized, and engaging lobby environment
- Collaborate with other hotel teams to deliver seamless service
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Multilingual a plus.
- A guest-centric mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Some college coursework preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
Schedule
This is a full‑time position requiring flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
