Room Attendant – Full Time
Cambria Boston–Somerville is looking for a friendly, reliable Room Attendant to join our team.

About the Role
Room Attendants are able to attend to our guest rooms with enthusiasm and an attention to detail. The main goal of our Room Attendants is to create a relaxing, homey, friendly, and clean environment for our guests to enjoy.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the cleanliness of our guest room bathrooms, floors, and bedrooms
- Removing soiled linen, towels, and trash
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
- Dust, clean and vacuum all surfaces and floors
- Communicate with your management team any safety, maintenance, supply or other observed issues or challenges in and around the hotel
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport the housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables safely and responsibly
- Respond to guests request in a friendly, helpful, timely and efficient manner
- Help create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests
Schedule
We’re looking for team members with flexible availability, including days, nights, and weekends.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items
- Able to bend, squat, twist, and move as needed
- Able to stand for up to six (6) hours at a time
- Flexible schedule availability
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
