Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing activities for Package, VLH, and Mechanical (Mech) parts
- Manage supplier relationships and support ongoing commodity/materials sourcing initiatives
- Support USFC local buy activities, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs
- Serve as the primary communication and coordination focal point between Sourcing, Mechanical teams, and RDC operations
- Provide on-site support at USFC manufacturing and RDC offices as required
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely material availability and supplier performance
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain-related roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in commodity sourcing, materials management, or mechanical parts sourcing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and locations
- Positive, proactive working attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Chinese language skills preferred but not required
