About Our Team
Lead the development of the orchestration layer that transforms LLMs into autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and real-world action. We are hiring multiple AI/ML Orchestration Engineers. You'll build the infrastructure that enables AI to coordinate across tools, memory systems, and multi-agent workflows—powering adaptive experiences on laptops, mobile, tablets, and cloud.
Location: Chicago, IL,
Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
What You'll Do
- Design and implement agentic orchestration frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph and also potentially build custom frameworks.
- Build tool integration ecosystems using existing standards for function calling & Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Architect multi-agent collaboration systems with distributed reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities
- Create memory and context management systems that enable long-term agent coherence and personalization
- Develop evaluation frameworks for agent reliability, safety, and performance
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years in AI/ML systems, with 3 years focused on LLM applications or agent frameworks
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with agentic AI architectures: planning, reasoning, tool use, memory systems
- Experience building production AI systems at scale with robust error handling and observability
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong software engineering foundation (Python, Java, Kotlin, async programming, API design)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and LLM orchestration patterns
- Penchant for performance optimization and ability to think out of the box to solve hard problems.
We are hiring for multiple roles at various levels.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $110K-$150K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
