Job Details

We are looking for an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chicago, IL (Hybrid). The candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining scalable machine learning and AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models

  • Work with large datasets (structured & unstructured)

  • Build ML pipelines and production-ready solutions

  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams

  • Optimize model performance and accuracy

  • Implement MLOps best practices

  • Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions

Required Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning

  • Strong programming skills in Python

  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

  • Data processing: Pandas, NumPy, Spark

  • Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases

  • Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform

  • Model deployment using Docker / Kubernetes
