What qualifications help me succeed? Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related discipline (preferred).1–3 years in HVAC testing, electrical troubleshooting, or technical maintenance.Working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and lab instrumentation.Ability to read/interpret schematics, drawings, and test procedures.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Comfort with Excel and data acquisition software.Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $50,000 - $62,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus under the Company’s applicable plan.
