Setting up and running instrumented tests on HVAC units and components using documented procedures.Executing performance, reliability, and safety evaluations to validate designs.Applying practical electrical wiring and troubleshooting to support test readiness and equipment uptime.Maintaining and calibrating lab instruments, sensors, and test benches.Recording, analyzing, and reporting data to lab standards.Following safety, quality, and process protocols without deviation.Assisting in diagnosing issues on units under test and lab systems.Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and compliant.Driving continuous improvement in procedures, fixtures, and documentation.Partnering with engineering and quality to ensure test integrity and product validation.Sharing actionable data and insights with factory and field teams to improve reliability. What qualifications help me succeed? Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related discipline (preferred).1–3 years in HVAC testing, electrical troubleshooting, or technical maintenance.Working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and lab instrumentation.Ability to read/interpret schematics, drawings, and test procedures.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Comfort with Excel and data acquisition software.Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. Compensation and benefits FLSA and pay range details provided verbatim:Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $50,000 - $62,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus under the Company’s applicable plan.
