Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings clearly
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or business analysis (coursework, part-time roles, or internships)
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERPs
- Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, or integration work through classes or prior experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 - $22/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
