The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role oversees day-to-day inspection activities, supports continuous improvement, and partners closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll help shape a culture of accountability, development, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Quality Inspectors.
- Oversee product and process verification to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assign and prioritize daily inspection tasks to support production schedules.
- Monitor performance metrics and inspection trends; identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Production, Training, and customer representatives.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-quality work environment.
- Maintain accurate inspection, production, and time records.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in quality control, inspection, testing, or a related manufacturing role (supervisory experience strongly preferred).
- 8 years of overall related experience is ideal.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems.
- Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Working knowledge of MES and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting, communication, and data analysis.
- Comfortable applying basic math (fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.) to real-world situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, manage ambiguity, and make sound decisions.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $71,200 - $93,450 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
