What You’ll Do Day to Day:
Responsible for developing and designing front end web & Mobile architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties. This role will be required to see out a project from conception to final product.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop front end web & Mobile architecture and backend web & Mobile applications – iOS & Android.
- Design user interactions on web & Mobile UI pages.
- Responsible for working on different layers of the iOS and Android apps.
- Help architect and maintain our set of native mobile applications along with Website.
- Partner closely with our User Experience designers and product team to architect a gorgeous application flows seamlessly and works intuitively with our users.
- Building applications in memory- and network-constrained scenarios.
- Influence every aspect of the iOS , Android & Web development process from API creation, design, and product requirement.
- Own important pieces of the product that has high visibility both internally and externally.
- Envision new products and features that are inspired, considered, and magical.
- Participate in the full SDLC (RUP/Agile), including meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications, Work alongside graphic designers for web & Mobile design features.
- Experience integrating with RESTful API backends.
- Demonstrable experience with real-world iOS / Android projects for the App Store or Enterprise distribution.
- Experience building and delivering highly scalable, reliable, and complex software systems on-time and on budget.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous integration, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years of software development in UI and Mobile Apps experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with fundamental Mobile technologies such as iOS and Android development stack.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail.
