The Client Retention Specialist will be an essential member of a dedicated retention team, focused on maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients on a one-on-one basis. This role requires managing client communications primarily via email and leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions and retention metrics. The specialist will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue impact through effective communication, problem resolution, and strategic retention initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients to address concerns and maintain engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention
- Analyze client data to identify retention trends and opportunities
- Collect and respond to customer feedback to enhance satisfaction
- Manage client relationships to strengthen loyalty and trust
- Resolve issues efficiently to prevent client churn
- Maintain accurate client records and track all interactions within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active Mortgage Loan Originator certification
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in client retention
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially Salesforce
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail in managing client information
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
