Position Summary
We are looking for driven, ambitious professionals to join our fast-track mortgage sales program. This role is a direct path into a career in the mortgage industry. You will start on our active sales floor, learning the mortgage industry from the ground up while generating pipeline and earning commission. Once you consistently hit your performance targets, Lending Force will fully sponsor and pay for your NMLS licensing, transitioning you into a high-earning Mortgage Loan Officer role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients using our company-provided lead lists (zero self-sourcing required).
- Client Consultation: Quickly learn our core mortgage products and confidently explain the financial benefits of refinancing and home purchasing to borrowers.
- Lead Qualification: Efficiently gather preliminary client financial information, including income, credit profiles, and property status.
- Strategic Handoff: Identify highly qualified prospects and seamlessly transfer them to our licensed Senior Loan Officers to close the deal.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in ongoing sales training, mentorship from top producers, and NMLS exam preparation.

Compensation & Career Trajectory
- Phase 1 (Training): Earn a competitive base pay plus commission on every successfully converted lead.
- Phase 2 (Licensed MLO): Upon completing your NMLS licensing, transition to our uncapped commission structure, completely supported by live inbound transfers.
