Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, employee relations, and administrative functions to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.
Responsibilities:- Approve and manage employee PTO requests
- Register and onboard new employees in ADP
- Review and manage employee time cards and attendance records
- Prepare and issue employee write-ups and disciplinary documentation
- Address and resolve employee issues and workplace concerns
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Support management with HR-related tasks and compliance
- Previous Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
