What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional - OVERNIGHT SLEEP SHIFT position at Lend-A-Hand Services?
WE WILL TRAIN! No prior experience is needed!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Promote independence for individuals.
- Help maintain a clean and organized living space for residents.

Qualifications:
- CPR and First Aid certification required (we can help with obtaining this certification)
- Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to follow care plans, protocols, and safety guidelines.
