Essential Functions Of The Job
- Demonstrate basic service techniques and style
- Ability to take orders accurately and enter them in POS system.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and ingredients
- Physically assist residents with carrying trays to their table as needed (Bistro)
- Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations
- Promote clean, safe and neat environment
- Knowledge of fire safety procedures; assist with evacuation of residents if needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information.
Education and experience required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
