What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Master’s preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- An innate attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving
- The ability to work independently
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
Your Role
- Perform accurate and timely accounting functions
- Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliations
- Submit complete and timely financial reports
- Assist the Accounting Team with special projects
- Support annual audit preparation and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly allocations for Admin, Payroll, and other expenses
- Assist with annual budgets and monthly Board Financial Reports
- Perform other duties as needed
