Location: Miami, Florida (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Languages: Spanish & English (Bilingual required)
Lemus Law Group LLC is an immigration law firm with active practice before USCIS, ICE, and the Immigration Court (EOIR), leveraging LegalTech innovation.
- Current law student or recent JD graduate.
- Strong legal writing skills in English and Spanish.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Must reside in Miami, Florida.
- Legal research experience (Westlaw/Lexis preferred).
- Conduct legal research in immigration law.
- Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and motions.
- Assist with cases before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR.
- Organize and review legal files.
- Support attorneys with case preparation.
