Content Strategy, Storytelling & Visual Production
Core Purpose
The Creative Producer leads the creative expression of Lemonade Hospitality and The Sunny — owning content strategy, storytelling, and all visual production across social, digital, and brand platforms. This role brings the brand to life through compelling concepts, high-quality content creation, and a consistent visual and editorial identity.
The Creative Producer partners closely with the Senior Brand Director to translate brand narratives into high-impact creative work and collaborates with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure seamless workflows, organized production, and flawless execution. This role is hands-on, concept-driven, and central to elevating the brand’s creative output.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Creative & Content Strategy
- Own the social content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, developing the ideas, narratives, and story arcs that define the brand.
- Translate brand priorities from the Senior Brand Director into creative concepts, visual treatments, content themes, and campaign ideas.
- Write social copy, including captions, hooks, CTAs, and editorial text aligned with brand voice.
- Identify new storytelling opportunities, content formats, and creative trends relevant to the brand.
2. Content Creation & Production
- Lead on-site photo and video shoots—directing talent, managing shot lists, shaping visual style, and ensuring coverage aligns with strategy.
- Capture photo and video content across all outlets, events, programs, and brand moments.
- Edit video and photo content for social, digital, and experiential platforms.
- Design visual assets and templates that support storytelling and campaign needs.
- Maintain ownership of creative quality control and final approvals on all content.
- Build and maintain a strong creative library of brand assets.
3. Social Media Execution (Primary Channels)
Instagram & TikTok
- Schedule posts and manage the editorial flow for these channels.
- Ensure consistent visual identity, tone, pacing, and alignment with the Senior Brand Director’s creative direction.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and platform capabilities.
- Interpret performance data to identify creative opportunities and improvements.
Secondary channels are owned by the Senior Marketing Manager.
4. Creative Requests & Brand Assets
- Lead creative execution for design needs including menus, signage, posters, sales decks, pitch presentations, event collateral, and more.
- Determine whether deliverables should be executed personally or delegated to vetted freelancers.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and quality control for freelance designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and elevate the visual identity across outlets and programs.
5. Partnership & Influencer Creative
- Provide creative direction for influencer collaborations, ensuring content reflects the brand’s visual and editorial standards.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager for influencer logistics, while owning the creative needs and guidelines.
- Develop creative assets, moodboards, and story direction for collaborative content.
- Oversee creative execution of partner-related deliverables as guided by the Senior Brand Director’s partnership strategy.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with the Senior Brand Director to define creative priorities, refine brand voice, and develop campaign-level narratives.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to align content needs, asset routing, timelines, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with property teams, outlet leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure creative needs are accurately captured and executed.
- Represent the creative function with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a creative role focused on content creation, video production, social media creative, or brand storytelling (agency or in-house).
- Demonstrated experience producing social-first content for lifestyle, hospitality, travel, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, video editing, photography, and design work.
- Experience leading photo and video shoots.
- Experience creating social campaigns from concept through execution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and freelancers.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator required; Premiere or After Effects preferred).
- Strong video editing capabilities.
- Skilled in photography and videography fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social platform mechanics and best practices.
- Comfortable with basic production equipment.
Creative Skills
- Strong visual eye for composition, pacing, and brand aesthetics.
