Associate Content Producer (Growth Track → Creative Lead)

HOL Creative Co. is a fast-growing creative agency helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and brands tell meaningful stories through high-quality video and social content. We’re looking for a talented, coachable Associate Content Producer who loves filming, editing, and creating social media content and wants to grow into a Creative Lead role over time.

This position is perfect for someone with solid baseline skills who wants to level up inside a company that’s scaling quickly.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

Filming Support (On-Site Production)

• Assist in filming A-roll and B-roll during client shoots
• Operate secondary camera, with opportunity to take lead on simple shoots
• Support basic lighting & audio setup
• Capture clean, usable footage that fits our brand style

Editing & Content Creation

• Edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Build rough timelines and prep projects for senior editing
• Export deliverables following naming conventions
• Follow brand guidelines for pacing, tone, and style

Production Workflow & Organization

• Offload and organize footage into our structured Drive system
• Prepare project folders and selects for internal editors
• Assist with simple content planning and asset tracking
• Maintain clean, reliable workflows that reduce bottlenecks

Who You Are

• You have working experience with Sony/Canon/Blackmagic or similar cameras
• You can edit confidently in Premiere Pro or CapCut
• You understand social media formats and vertical content
• You’re organized, reliable, and communicate clearly
• You’re coachable and excited to improve
• You enjoy being on set and working with entrepreneurs/leaders
• You want a long-term role with growth, not just gigs

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

30 Days

• Learn our systems, workflows, and creative style
• Assist on shoots; capture clean B-roll
• Cut simple reels; offload footage correctly

60 Days

• Film independently on secondary camera
• Edit 10–15 clips/week with minimal revisions
• Prep projects fully for internal editors

90 Days

• Lead simple segments of shoots
• Own assigned edits and deliverables
• Contribute creatively and consistently
• Demonstrate readiness for Creative Lead Track

Compensation & Structure

• $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
• 20–25 hours/week (growth potential as we scale)
• Local travel required for on-site shoots
• Contractor role with a structured 30/60/90 evaluation
• Potential transition to full-time Creative Lead for the right person
