Finance Operations Manager | Fort Worth (Hybrid)

With major investment planned over the coming years, they’re looking to hire a Finance Operations Manager to play a key role in building out their US finance capability.
This is a highly visible position with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape processes in a scaling environment.
You will join a listed company who have quadrupled in size over the last 2 years.
The Role
This position sits at the intersection of finance operations, treasury, and accounts payable, with responsibility for ensuring strong controls, efficient cash management, and scalable processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a growing Accounts Payable team across multiple locations
- Owning cash management and forecasting, including oversight of banking relationships
- Supporting funding and financing activities alongside senior leadership
- Driving improvements in payment processes, controls, and operational efficiency
- Overseeing high-volume invoice processing and reducing outstanding/reconciled items
- Supporting month-end activities and working closely with the broader accounting team
- Implementing and maintaining strong internal controls (including SOX-style frameworks)
- Contributing to system and process improvements as the business scales
About You
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You’ll likely bring:
- ~8–10 years’ experience in finance operations, accounting, or treasury
- Experience in a capital-intensive or project-based environment (e.g. infrastructure, energy, construction, industrials)
- Strong exposure to cash management, banking, or treasury activities
- Experience managing or mentoring teams within AP or transactional finance
- A mindset focused on process improvement, ownership, and problem-solving
- Ability to operate with autonomy and build structure in a growing business
