Accounting Manager – High-Growth AI Infrastructure Business (Dallas)
We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling technology business at the forefront of the global AI revolution to appoint an Accounting Manager in Dallas, Fort Worth.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business that has quadrupled its market cap over the past two years, driven by significant demand for AI infrastructure and compute capacity. With continued investment and expansion across North America, the business is now building out its US finance function.
The Opportunity
This is a broad, high-impact role sitting close to senior leadership, offering a mix of financial control, operational finance, and commercial exposure.
You’ll play a key role in establishing and scaling the North American finance function, with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity
- Supporting financial control across a growing US entity
- Involvement in operational finance, including contract review and commercial support
- Partnering with the business on capex planning and analysis (significant infrastructure investment environment)
- Oversight of transactional accounting processes, with a view to improving systems and controls as the business scales
- Working closely with global finance teams to ensure alignment across reporting and processes

About You
- CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 5 to 8 years in accounting
- Background in a top-tier or mid-tier public accounting firm (Big 4 highly regarded), ideally with exposure to listed or complex clients
- Strong grounding in financial control and reporting
- Experience in a growth environment (ideally infrastructure, technology, or capital-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas or Energy)
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, build phase environment
- Commercially minded, with the ability to partner across finance and operations
