Established CPA firm in Cartersville, GA looking for an experienced receptionist/bookkeeper. The salary will depend on experience level of applicant. When applying please let us know your salary range expectations. This will be a full-time position with more hours required during tax season, and less hours the remainder of the year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Providing professional and courteous customer service to clients coming into the office and on the phone.
- Bookkeeping for business clients
- Processing of mail and client payments
- Other clerical duties
Qualifications:
- Accuracy and attention to detail as well as a track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service and communication skills; in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
- Basic bookkeeping skills, including transaction entry, reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred (Both Desktop and Online)
