Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy law office focused on elder law services. This role is client-facing and administrative, requiring strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake calls with potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Schedule consultations and appointments with attorney
  • Gather and relay initial client information to the attorney
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure completion of general intake forms
  • Confirm upcoming appointments with clients
  • Enter and maintain accurate client data in the case management system
  • Prepare fee agreements for attorney and client signatures upon engagement
  • Collect legal fees and any required advance costs
  • Open new client matters and input all relevant contact info into the system
  • Assist the Estate Planning Department

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Prior experience in a law office preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency with basic office software and willingness to learn case management systems

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
