Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Paralegal to join our team, working directly with a senior attorney who brings over 40 years of litigation experience in personal injury and property damage claims. This is a hybrid role for a motivated professional with strong writing, organization, and file management skills—someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a collaborative, dog-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, summarize, and analyze depositions and legal documents
- Draft legal correspondence and assist in the preparation of litigation reports
- Create and organize new legal case files; print and assemble file materials
- Maintain up-to-date litigation and attorney calendars, including court deadlines, inspections, and scheduled calls
- Prepare and compile weather data and reports using Google Earth
- Email clients to request materials, follow up on case progress, and provide updates
- Keep case files organized and materials current throughout the litigation process
- Assist in preparing for hearings, mediations, and inspections
- Support the attorney in managing a diverse portfolio of personal injury and property damage claims
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation or personal injury
- Excellent written communication and document summarization skills
- Highly organized and proactive in managing case timelines and materials
- Willingness to learn and adapt to attorney-specific workflows
- Comfortable working in both traditional and digital file management systems
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and legal research tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with legal staff
Schedule & Environment:
- Initial Training: 5 days/week in-office for the first 1–2 months
- Ongoing Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (hybrid flexibility)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $25–$40/hour (based on experience)
