Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role supports workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you’ll be a key connector between our Wisconsin Distribution Center teams and Dealer Services, ensuring smooth daily operations and a thriving workplace culture. The HRBP collaborates with leaders and HR colleagues to drive initiatives that enhance performance, culture, and employee experience.
Essential Functions
- Partners with business leaders to understand goals and develop aligned HR strategies
- Supports the Wisconsin distribution center and Dealer Services department
- Provides guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Serves as a trusted advisor on people-related matters
- Addresses employee relations issues with fairness and consistency
- Promotes a positive work environment through coaching, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Supports employee engagement surveys and action planning
- Supports performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to meet talent needs
- Identifies high-potential employees and supports development plans
- Leads and/or supports the rollout of HR programs, policies, and initiatives
- Ensures consistent application of HR practices across departments
- Monitors and reports on key HR metrics and trends
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Supports investigations and documentation of employee issues
- Maintains strict confidentiality
- Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, including business partner and generalist roles
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

- Must be able to communicate verbally and written
- Must be able to walk/stand for 7 hours a day
