Job Description
- Aftermarket/Consumables Specialist will transport materials and chemicals to customers. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain accurate delivery records, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Transportation of Chemicals: Safely load, transport, and unload chemicals to designated locations, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Inventory: Responsible for keeping an accurate count chemical used and stored in the warehouse
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and emergency response for hazardous materials.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- On-Farm Testing: Chemical titrations and wash-ups on customers’ farm, when needed.
- Other Duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain throughout duration of employment
- CDL LICENSE HAZMAT REQUIRED (LCM willing to help with the candidate)
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to complete Lely Certifications
- Collaborate & assist with install/service/ sales colleagues when needed
- Ability to meet safety standards
