Lele Sadoughi is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to join the marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing social media creative and strategy, reporting on performance metrics, and maintaining the brand content calendar. The ideal candidate has previous fashion social media internship or job experience.
Essential Functions:
- Execute brand’s social media strategies on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
- Execute brand’s affiliate marketing strategies.
- Create and curate brand-aligned content, including graphics and video, for key seasonal launches and collaborations.
- Evaluate performance metrics and think of new ways to increase brand awareness and optimize engagement.
- Creative mindset with strong skills in content creation (filming, editing)
- Experienced in copywriting
- Ability to adapt quickly and bring solutions with a can-do attitude
- Genuine passion for social media and keeping up with what’s next
- Manage and maintain influencer and brand ambassador relationships.
- Maintain the brand content calendar and project manage deliverables.
- Monitor and respond for all social media channels’ customer and follower feedback in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion industry trends and best practices.
- Sample trafficking management and support for the marketing team on a need-basis.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of social media experience at a fashion brand
- Prior experience with graphic and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Iconosquare or other analytical tools a plus
- Excellent organization and project management skills
