This part-time, junior-level role is ideal for someone who loves keeping systems running smoothly, understands the rhythm of digital publishing, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.
You’ll work closely with the Brand Director to ensure every post, video, and story goes live on time and in the right format. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple deadlines, maintain a clear content calendar, and stay on top of performance numbers to help the team make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and publish posts across all major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update the content calendar to keep production and posting schedules aligned.
- Track performance metrics (views, saves, engagement, retention) and share insights with the team.
- Support post-production workflows by organizing assets, labeling files, and managing approvals.
- Create simple, on-brand supporting graphics and thumbnails in Canva.
- Adapt content for each platform, ensuring posts are optimized for tone, caption length, and format.
- Monitor platforms daily and flag high-performing content or emerging trends.
- Help maintain consistency in brand voice, posting cadence, and creative execution across all channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience managing or coordinating social media content (internships or freelance experience welcome).
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and LinkedIn publishing workflows.
- Understanding of how long-form content (like podcasts or interviews) gets repurposed into short-form digital assets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills — you keep track of details and deadlines with precision.
- Basic design ability in Canva or similar tools.
- Comfort with scheduling platforms and analytics dashboards.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced media environment.
- Enthusiasm for women’s storytelling, wellness, and empowerment content.
