Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver of customer relationships, responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and leveraging your negotiation skills to maximize sales growth. This position offers a vibrant environment where proactive communication and strategic thinking are essential to success. You will play a vital role in expanding our market presence through effective business development, outbound calling, and technology sales expertise.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Conduct outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing to identify new sales opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
  • Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that benefit both the client and company objectives.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technology products and industry trends to deliver technical sales insights confidently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and business development activities.
  • Knowledge of technology products or services is highly desirable; willingness to learn technical details is essential.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships.
