Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Mount Airy, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction with insurance services. Daily tasks include understanding insurance needs, preparing quotes, processing policy changes, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with team members to deliver tailored solutions. The Account Manager will ensure the accuracy of policy documentation, assist with renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Proficiency in account management, customer service, and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Commercial, Property, Liability, and Auto Insurance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and proficiency in processing policy changes and maintaining accurate records
• Skilled in identifying customer needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Experience in the insurance industry and a valid insurance license are preferred
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is a plus
