Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and cleaning equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
