We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to ensure our rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and cleaning equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
