Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain health and safety standards in all housekeeping activities
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities preferred
